1. i am a CE user, what account do i need.
2.if i had this account ,how to use it.

Indeed, you need a customer account to accent the enterprise repository. You 
should be able to access 
https://nexus.magnolia-cms.com/content/repositories/magnolia.public.releases/ 
and 
https://nexus.magnolia-cms.com/content/repositories/magnolia.public.snapshots/ 
- these repos have *only* Magnolia artifacts, so you'll need to setup your 
Maven (~/.m2/settings.xml) to still access Maven Central, Vaadin add-ons, and 
possibly other repos.
