Kian There is no .magnolia folder in the webapp. The path mentioned above by Antti is enabled via servlet mapping.
Try to access this link with the browser: http://localhost:8080/magnoliaAuthor/ If you do it for the first time, Magnolia will finish the installation, finally leading you to a login form (where you must enter super user / superuser). When this is done, request http://localhost:8080/magnoliaPublic/ with the browser.
