This problem isn't present in Magnolia 2.0.
We are using Magnolia 2.02 in our production environment.
I have tried adding these extra levels, but it does seem to affect the
files stored in the cache directory. I wonder if there is a problem? In
the cache directory (Public) there are two folders, 'default' and
'optimised'. 'Optimised' is empty and 'default' has the website, but
only the home page! Surely the whole site should be in there somewhere?
