My apologies. I was thinking about my method of course. You have to type
Tomcat address there. Magnolia 2.02 uses the same path as 2.0, so it'll be
http://localhost:8082 by default for public instance. I'm sure that this
'domain' field isn't needed for 2.0, so try leaving it empty.

We are using Magnolia 2.02 in our production environment.
I have tried adding these extra levels, but it does seem to affect the
files stored in the cache directory. I wonder if there is a problem? In
the cache directory (Public) there are two folders, 'default' and
'optimised'. 'Optimised' is empty and 'default' has the website, but only
the home page! Surely the whole site should be in there somewhere?
