My cache problem seemed to go away, but has cropped back up again. This
time I notice that it starts when I do a page refresh from the browser.
This is inconsistent, i.e. sometimes I can refresh without issue, other
times I refresh and I get the blank page. Once rendered as a blank page,
it remains blank until I "Activate" it in the the Admin Console, and
then do a refresh.
I reactivated all my pages, and it appears to be "healed" for the
moment. I will monitor this and see if I can figure out some sort of
consistent repro scenario.

I use the war distribution with tomcat-5.0.27.
