The \.\ is not the problem but I think it is just the result of a
relative path.
Did you start JBoss with the server environment 'all' (somewhat like
this: "run.bat -c all")?
Did you check if the path is ok when you open a console and entered 'dir
<the path below>'?
Did you check if the file is there when you remove '.\' from the path?

Does anyone know how to correct the assumed relative paths?
Currently, I get a spurious "\.\" in the path, which seems to confuse
Windows. (I assume this would not be the case in a *nix system).
