What Alex is referring to is that fact that the Magnolia servlet controller
can resolve .html, .htm or even the lack of an extension to the correct tree
node and serve that content.  In other words...
http://www.mysite.com/index/myPage.html 
http://www.mysite.com/index/myPage.htm 
http://www.mysite.com/index/myPage 
all resolve to the same page.  I think that even 
http://www.mysite.com/index/myPage/ 
would resolve to the same, but I'm not 100% sure.
