Hm, you have to patch some of the Magnolia Files and put the MagnoliaQT Files to the Magnolia Files. Then add the MagnoliaQT Repository .. and so on.. there are several things to do.
I think it's easier to take the already patched magnoliaQT war from sourceforge and copy the stuff into there.
