If you mean a package with the sourcecode inside: Yes I do! But keep
in mind that there were no change in the source code between 2.1.1
and 2.1.2. It were only the libs which changed.

Yes I know ;-), but the latest sourcecode officially released was
2.0RC4.
Usually we do not "release" source code, as it is always available from
SVN and there is no point in packaging it up and put it on SF. Do you
think that i s irritating?

I think for a lot of users is simpler to download a release and its sourcecode than to go and
checkout some tagged sourcecode. Check also some of the other oss projects.
