Thanks to those that replied to my very brief question.

What I want to do is to display an inline list for a horizontal menu, but
also have a image for the list marker.

Is this possible? It looks like the list-style-image property only works
with non inline display properties?

I don't know exactly what you are looking for but you can do it with css by
applying a background-image and the right padding to the <li>-element of the
menu
