thanks. Just being curious, but why did you found a wholly owned subsidiary
of obinary to govern the Magnolia project? It seems to me that since "Magnolia Inc" is a wholly owned subsidiary of obinary, you could also have used obinary itself. Well, on second thought it probably makes sense for legal reasons, in case somebody is suing Magnolia Inc because of licensing or whatever reasons. Or what other reasons are there?

Please don't get me wrong, I am not up to something ;-) but just curious/interested what the reasoning for the different models are.
