Could you please add information like this to the wiki? I find a very nice
convention to be that when answering a mail on this list, I sow the answer into
some part of the wiki, then refer to the wiki page in my answer to the list. And
when the next person asks the same question to the list, it is just to refer to
the same wiki page (perhaps getting it improved in the process).
This is particularly useful for answers involving code examples. The wiki needs
more examples, and for some reason I don't like reading java and JSP inside
emails :P
