Hi Eric,
magnolia 3.0 should work on websphere 5.1.x but we never tested JCR
persisting data in DB2
you have to test this, please consult jackrabbit release on how to
setup various persistence manager for the repository,
jackrabbit core includes DB2 persistence manager.
