Curioser and curioser.

If the user hasn't authenticated at all, he still has access to the files
under docroot without a problem. But once authenticated, only superuser
privileged users can get to them.

It seems odd to *remove* access when you authenticate. Anybody have any idea
where to go with this? (Or what permissions I'd need to add to other
accounts to insure them continued access to the docroot files?)
