I am in a College. I want to grant a student-publisher (some student
I trust) the right to review and activate/reject publication requests
concerning the "student part" of the site. But I don't want him to
review and decide on the publication of teacher's requests. Thus I
would like student-publishers to see a different inbox than teacher-
publishers.
