When a page is created using one template - it's trivial to switch it's template from the administrator panel. For paragraphs, however, this doesn't seem to be the case.
One easy way to do this would be to make the dialog for the paragraph have a popup menu setting a property, and then having enclosing page template would read the value of that to determine which template to load to render the paragraph with.... But that seems like a rather roundabout way to fix a simple problem that should be handled in some kind of admin bar control. Also - why can't you drag a paragraph from one collection to another? (i.e. >From the main content to the sidebar) You can do it by moving the node in the JCR, so why does the editor interface not allow this?
