I don't understand, "then only you can change binary store." I'm using
the EE bundle and dbd persistence distributed with it. Sorry, I don't
understand the instructions.

when you download EE for evaluation you have berkeley db persistence
under add-ons/magnolia-bdb-1.0 you dont need any additional jar of you
can configure your env according to the above instructions.
