The answer to your question is 'Yes' ;-) Simultaneously with this
posting I posted a new question under the title "Conceptial problem with
'Activation'": I discovered that these caching-like problems seem to
disappear when 'activated'. I don't like this way of fixing the problem,
as it seems inconsistent with the concept of 'activation' as copying
from author to public instances; do you agree?
