Thats an old implementation, forget it.
We have started work on a complete rewrite that has nothing in common
with the old implementation. It is working, albeit in very early
stage (for instance, no public user registration yet).

This is planned to be a community module, as you can see from the
location. We would VERY MUCH WELCOME ADDITIONAL DEVELOPERS. So if
anyone has interest to work on the forum, register on the dev-list
and offer your help - there is plenty of stuff that still needs to be
done. Without you, it will not happen.
