Browse the bootstrap files (JCR system view) of magnolia-module-samples in directory website to get an impression how the content node type is used. Once you understand what is used from MetaData you can filter the bootstrap files with Magnolia Toolbox from wiki to get rid of it (makes it a little bit more readable).
