When jackrabbit closes badly, it leaves .lock files behind in the /
repositories directory of magnolia. Find them and delete them
before trying to start magnolia again.
Yeah, I checked and they aren't even there before I start it up. It
is created soon after start up and then for some reason it tries to
create it again (I'm assuming).
Did you trash the repository?
Several times.
My ultimate goal is to switch to Mysql. I will just proceed in that
direction. Maybe the problem is with Derby...
