UML is integrated in the mainline kernel. I just package bugfixes discovered
after the kernel release.

kernel.org distributes kernels like 2.6.19.5, 2.6.20.1 - those trees are
called 'the stable trees', and include just bugfixes from kernel maintainers.
The patch I'd suggest is:
http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/patch-2.6.19.5.bz2

SKAS patch is for host kernels (i.e. the one running on 'hardware'), not for
guest (i.e. UML) ones.
