Note, this version of debootstrap doesn't have a script specifically for
etch (whereas the debian packages do):
ls -la /usr/lib/debootstrap/scripts/
etch -> sid

debootstrap complained about lots of missing packages, ended up with
missing libraries and not being able to chroot.
Maybe my local mirror wasn't up to date, I guess I'll have to try again
with another one to find out.
