Migrating to ASF Git repo

Please take a look at the (R/O for now) repo that has been
set up for us:
    https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=bigtop.git

Please take a look at it and see if you favorite branches,
etc are there. I'd like to give INFRA a green light by the
end of the week (unless, of course, it doesn't look right).
