there's been some confusion lately about where to go for our Git.
The canonical URLs are:
* committers:
https://<your id>@git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/bigtop.git
* everybody else:
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/bigtop.git
Make sure this is what you use for your git remote.
Please do NOT use the Git mirror that is mentioned at
http://git.apache.org/
it points to a stale repo and I filed:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-5497
to fix that issue.
Finally, from now on, I'd prefer if patches that get attached
to a JIRA are generated by the git format-patch. That way
committers can review/apply them as quickly as possible.
