Martin,

I have been suffering from the same issue when preparing the 0.9.6 release for 
upload, as I could not get beyond the doc target (and for the release, this is 
required, as you can imagine). As already said, switching to 1.4.2_07 or 09 did 
it for me. And don't even ask for an explanation as to why this helps .. ;-)
