My original thought was that a call to validate prior to Marshal would
work. But that doesn't seem to do anything. Then I found a reference
to a property in the castor.properties file called

org.exolab.castor.marshalling.validation

that I have tried with true and false to no avail.

Any thing else that I should know about?
