[castor-user] org/apache/velocity NoClassDefException

I do not wish to use the apache-velocity with castor 1.2.  However, I 
cannot seem to turn it off.  On http://www.castor.org/dependencies.html, 
the link to
"Please refer to here for details on these code generation modes. " is 
broken so I cannot figure out how to fully turn the velocity off.  I've 
tried commenting out the jclassPrinterTypes in the 
castorbuilder.properties but that didn't work. 
Can someone please help?
