Hi,

whilst I am not sure I do understand point 1) fully, all other requirements are of such a nature that you will be able o achieve your goals with *any* XML data binder out there.

Have a close look at Spring's OXM package, and with the help of this abstraction layer, you should be able to even switch between all of the supported XML data binding tools.

Cheers

Let me start with an Apology, I thought I've already posted my reasons for
comparisons.
It seems I missed it, Sorry for that.
Here are the things I need to consider
1. I may not have a "true" schema available to me(no request/response schema
but a global schema), but a sample xml will be provided. For response, its a
design time understanding to know it's a object in retun or a list of
objects, so one can create mapping .
2. Need is purely marshal/unmarshal objects.
3. There is no "pure" web-service I am dealing with.
4. The repsonse payload will not be huge.
5. There might be a need of configuration for parsers.
6. For Jdbc stuff hibernate will be used.

Thanks,
Sam

Hi-
Trying to understand if there is any information available in terms of
choosing technologies for xml binding between jaxb2.0 and castor 1.3.

Thanks,
