The binary and sources can be downloaded from the usual place, i.e http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-lang/download_lang.cgi
The Central Maven repo has the sources in the usual place: http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/commons/commons-lang3/3.4/ Note that the source is in a separate jar from the binaries, as per usual.
