Caused by: org.apache.lucene.index.IndexFormatTooOldException: Format version is not supported (resource: ChecksumIndexInput(RAMInputStream(name=segments))): -1 (needs to be between -9 and -11). This version of Lucene only supports indexes created with release 3.0 and later.
Are you using OLD xml definitions (CPE, CAS, …) with a NEW cTakes jar? Has it worked before or is this the first time?
