a) We have MIMIC database(Postgres) in which one of the tables has unstructured data around clinical notes (around 20 lakhs records) b) One of the requirement is to label that data. c) We are using python as the programming language Questions a) does cTakes have any package which can be used with Python or R b) if answer to (a) is yes then can you please provide details c) If answer to (a) is no then can you please suggest alternatives on how to label the data as the volume of data is around 20 lakhs Any response highly appreciated.
