Hi. I am new to NLP and Ctakes concepts.Now need one requirement to run Ctakes CTAKESClinicalPipelineFactory.java class.for that i got URI is not hierarchical LvgAnnotator.java.While refer for these didnt get accurate result. please help me to run thses class through eclipse
