Hi Harish, I'm not overly familiar with the default cTakes vocabulary extracted from the UMLS, so I'm not sure whether there is an easier solution to this, but one option would be to customize what sources you are using for the UMLS via the MetamorphoSys tool (see https://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/umls/implementation_resources/metamorphosys/help.html). Here, you can create RRF files that include the vocabularies from the sources you had mentioned, as shown in the attached image.

When I look on UMLS website I can find vocabularies like MDRSPA, CCPSS, SNOMED-VET under UMLS-2017AA but while creating the custom dictionary the vocabularies I can see in the wizard does not contain the vocabularies like MDRSPA, CCPSS, SNOMED-VET etc. (after providing the UMLS installation path till META folder, where .RRF files are present).
