Here, you can create RRF files that include the vocabularies from the sources you had mentioned, as shown in the attached image. When I look on UMLS website I can find vocabularies like MDRSPA, CCPSS, SNOMED-VET under UMLS-2017AA but while creating the custom dictionary the vocabularies I can see in the wizard does not contain the vocabularies like MDRSPA, CCPSS, SNOMED-VET etc. (after providing the UMLS installation path till META folder, where .RRF files are present).
