[gradle-user] Running tests in a specific module

Perhaps I am missing something simple, but I can't figure out how to run 
just the tests in a specific project for a multi-project system.

If I specify :projectname:test it appears to run all tests in dependent 
project first.  This makes it very tedious when you are trying to do 
development on a module with lots of dependencies.
