A list of URLs has a special meaning: the first entry is the
repository containing the POM, while the rest of the URLs are used to
find the corresponding JAR.
I would much prefer to have a "url" argument that takes a single URL,
and "pomUrl"/"jarUrls" arguments for the situation where POMs and JARs
are in separate repositories.
