If I install now will the extra stuff be ejected when it is not needed?
As I am doing Java, Scala, Groovy, Python, C++, Go, Android, JavaME, and
X10 all in Eclipse, it is currently f$$$$$$ enormous! Anything that
makes it smaller is good. On the other hand being able to do native
compilation and Gradle driven compilation is a USP.
