Two more points.

1) it seems to be using the gradle daemon.. though my system is not (possibly this is an issue)

2) if I ever (ever) make a change to the build.gradle file, all of the right-click Gradle options (Disable Dependency Management and the 3 Refresh options) 100% grey out and cannot be used again unless I shut down/restart STS

So curious.. is this plugin actually supposed to work/be useful, or is this just a pre-alpha?

I converted a trivial (trivial) project to a gradle project.

All of the options, such as Enable Dependency Management etc etc are all greyed out..

if I start/stop eclipse.. they are usable.. once.. if I click Enable Dependency Management it isays that isn't available.. etc etc

Just curious.. I don't want ot try to get my team to use this if it is months away from being even beta

Thanks
Roger

Hi James,

How are you trying to import that project? Are you using the Gradle-specicific
Import wizard, or some other more generic import wizard from Eclipse?

The error message seems to indicate you are trying to import a
project that already exists in your workspace.

If that's not the case, then perhaps there is something funny
going on, causing the project to somehow be imported twice.

I'd like to help you figure out the problem, but you'll need to
provide a bit more detail on precisely what you are doing.

Kris
