Thanks for the explanation, Steve. I will try to get started with the
'exploded' approach since we are still in the process of fine-tuning our
styles and it feels like overhead if during this phase, I always have to
package them up and redeploy them. Now, the question is, where would I have
to put the exploded directory structure with the styles...

I browsed the code quite a bit, but somehow did not find the key pieces.

Regarding the syntax highlighting, we have our own super-basic xsl file to
highlight some of the Java code - nothing fancy that could replace
jHighLight.
