The base directory is {buildDir}/docbook/stage. Under that is a
directory for each book, by the name used in build script. Under that
is a directory each for css/, fonts/, images/ and xslt/

Regarding the syntax highlighting, we have our own super-basic xsl file to
highlight some of the Java code - nothing fancy that could replace
jHighLight.
