I am also having the same problem with guacamole 1.1.0. It works just fine
when I am using remote desktop from my desktop but not over Guacamole. I
believe this is a problem of the freerdp2 version which comes with Ubuntu
18.04. I am planning to upgrade to 20.04 and check if it gets around this
problem. Potentially you can downgrade the freerdp version, or the
guacamole, not sure if this problem is with the guacd or guacamole client
though but I haven't tried it personally. I also think that the Github page
contains the most up to date version 1.2.0 which is still not released as
stable, so this is another thing to consider. In any case, please keep us
posted if you manage to fix it. I will do the same.

Cheers,
George
