I think one of the relevant bits of information from the original post was
that, if Fernando types commands on this apparently blank terminal, like
"touch hello.txt", the "hello.txt" file is created and/or updated
(touched), so the SSH connection is active and working, but, for some
reason, the output is not getting sent back. Also, I do see in Fernando's
second screenshot the "Private" mode in the upper-right.

It almost seems to me like something is blocking the images coming back
from the web server to the browser, which could be one or more of a handful
of things:
* If the HTTP(S) is being proxied through either Apache or Nginx, this
could be misconfigured in some way that is causing data to get lost or
delayed in delivery, etc. If a proxy is in use, it's worth double-checking
the proxy configuration to make sure that everything is pointed in the
right place. In particular, if you're trying to change the path of
Guacamole (Tomcat is exporting at /guacamole, but the proxy is exporting at
/avocado), data could be lost.
* Something network-related is interfering with the data being sent back.
In particular I'm thinking of Layer7 firewalls, things that do Deep Packet
Inspection (I've prior experience with Palo Alto-based firewalls), that
might be stripping the data for some reason or another - data loss
prevention, SSL inspection, etc.

Fernando, could you pull up the browser developer console, specifically the
network section, and see if there are any errors related to the images
being passed back and forth?
