Let me add one more piece in,  reason I mentioned RSA SecurID is the key fob 
that changes the token every 60 seconds, the key fob is what I am trying to 
sync to the MFA, would the method you mentioned below still work?

Assuming that you can make the RSA server available via a protocol that 
Guacamole already speaks - one of the SSO modules, or RADIUS - then, yes, it 
should work fine. I wrote the RADIUS module soecifically with MFA support in 
mind via the RADIUS challenge/response.
