Hello.
Based on your logs, it looks like you should reinstall VNC Server.
I can't say for sure because I don't know the date and time, but it seems that
the VNC Server is down after the connection is completed.
Try connecting with ssh instead of VNC and see if it crashes.
If it doesn't, Guacamole probably isn't the culprit.
