There is no default file. If you need a guacd.conf file to override the defaults, you create the file within /etc/guacamole. Otherwise, you use the default options or override those defaults with command-line options.
Because I entered the guacd container and there is no guacd.conf file anywhere?
The Docker container does not use guacd.conf to configure guacd. It uses command-line options.
