Downloaded the src compiled and built it. Ran all tests. Ran all ITs and found that IntegrationTestIngestWithVisibilityLabels fails. Anoop raised a JIRA for the same. All other ITs with ACLs work fine.
+1 on the RC except for the IT. I don't think it needs to fail an RC.
