Hi Sumit, The repo link you a referring to is where any new OpenStack related APIs/providers are developed/incubated. The “openstack-swift” API project in this particular repo is a work-in-progress based on a new multi-region BlobStore design.
Generally, when the development is completed in any of the labs projects, it is typically promoted up to the main jclouds repository and then is considered “production” ready. HTH!
