So as I said before, you really want to be using 1.8.0-SNAPSHOT which has recent fixes to work with the updates to HP Cloud. If you are using the instructions for Ant on https://jclouds.apache.org/start/install/, then just use the second section titled "Using the daily builds” which shows how to use 1.8.0-SNAPSHOT. Your syntax below is fine, just be sure to use ${tenantName}:${accessKey} for identity and ${secretKey} for credentials. tenantName == projectID, and you can create or retrieve your api key info in Horizon (click your userid in the top right, then Manage Access Keys).
