2. I'm thinking you are talking about this: http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/jst/components/ws/M4/tutorials/WebServiceExplorer.html. This should work using jUDDIv2, however jUDDIv3 only supports the UDDI v3 protocol. Someone should upgrade the eclipse tooling, hint hint.. The juddi-portal-bundle ships with a console you can use to browse your registered services. You can use UDDI annotations to register your services.
